Brian Diamond represented a couple driving on Fabyan Parkway in Kane County when they were struck by a landscape truck which failed to yield the right-of-way. The couple each received a fracture to an extremity, and cuts and bruises, and was able to fully recover from their injuries. The case was resolved shortly before trial, after the discovery process confirmed the culpability of the driver and the nature and extent of the injuries to this retired couple.
